Learn about our policies for returns, replacements, and refunds.

We take utmost care to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we offer a replacement policy to protect customer interests.

Eligibility for Replacement

Customers may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery
  • The product must be:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Incorrectly delivered (wrong product received)
    • Defective despite proper usage as per the User Manual
  • Valid proof such as clear images or videos must be provided at the time of raising the request

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage caused due to improper usage, negligence, mishandling, or overloading
  • Products that have been tampered with, altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized individuals or service providers
  • Products returned without original packaging, or with missing accessories, manuals, or components
  • Normal wear and tear or minor variations that do not affect product functionality

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in specific cases where replacement is not feasible or applicable.

Eligible Scenarios for Refund

  • Replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability
  • The product is confirmed to be irreparably defective after inspection
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch, subject to our cancellation policy

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • In case of delays due to banking processes, customers are advised to contact their respective payment provider

Return Pickup & Shipping

To make the return process as convenient as possible:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for defective or approved return items, wherever the service is available
  • In locations where reverse pickup is not supported, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the designated address
  • In such cases, the shipping cost will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof (receipt/invoice)

Customers are advised to securely pack the product to avoid any damage during transit.
